For Scientist/ Engineer ‘SC’ (Civil): B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/Grad. IETE/AMIE in Civil Engineering in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of marks of all semesters for which results are available)

For Scientist/ Engineer ‘SC’ (Electrical): B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/Grad IETE/AMIE in Electrical Engineering OR Electrical and Electronics Engineering in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of marks of all semesters for which results are available)

For Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning): B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/Grad. IETE/AMIE in Mechanical Engineering with specialisation in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of marks of all semesters for which results are available)

For Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Architecture): Bachelor degree in Architecture in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% and registration with Council of Architecture

For Scientist/ Engineer ‘SC’ (Electrical): B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/Grad IETE/AMIE in Electrical Engineering OR Electrical and Electronics Engineering in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of marks of all semesters for which results are available)

 

Eligibility for ISRO Recruitment 2015 for Scientist and Engineer Posts:

Candidates who are slated to complete their qualifying Degree in the academic year 2014-15 are also eligible to apply provided the final Degree is awarded latest by 31 August 2015

Candidates who apply for the post Code No.BE007 will have to produce the Registration Certificate for having registered with the Council of Architecture, at the time of Interview, failing which he/she will not be allowed for interview

Age Limit

Age 35 years as on 24th August 2015 (40 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 38 years for OBC candidates – wherever posts reserved for these categories. Ex-serviceman and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders)

 

How to Apply for ISRO Recruitment 2015 for Scientist and Engineer Posts:

Candidates may visit our website at www.isro.gov.in to register their applications online between 04th August 2015 and 24th August 2015

Applications will be received on-line only. Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. Email ID of the applicant will have to be given in the application compulsorily

Payment of Application Fee: There will be an Application Fee of Rs.100/- for each application; after registration of application online, the candidates have to down-load and print the personalized payment Challan form, in triplicate, from the ISRO system which will contain the Name of the candidate, Registration Number, Receipt Account Number, Advertisement No., and Post code

The candidates may visit the nearest branch of State Bank of India for remittance of application fee to Receipt Account (32034064593), by using the personalized payment Challan of State Bank of India on any day between 04th to25th August 2015

ISRO Recruitment 2015 for criteria women candidates 2015

All Women Candidates and SC / ST /Ex-Serviceman and PwD candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee. However, after registration of application on-line, the candidates have to download and print the personalized registration confirmation form from the ISRO system, which will contain the Name of the candidate, Registration Number, Advertisement No., and Postcode for future reference

All Women candidates; and Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Ex- serviceman[EX], and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates will not get “Bank Challan copy”. Such candidates will only get a “Personalized Registration confirmation Form” which has to be retained by candidates for future reference

Selection Process for ISRO Recruitment 2015 for Scientist and Engineer Posts:

The candidate should have First Class with minimum 65% marks in the Qualifying Degree i.e., BE/B.Tech or equivalent for submission of application online

Please note that this qualification prescribed is the minimum requirement and the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for written test. The written test will be conducted on 29th September 2015 at ten venues viz., Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram

The call letters for the written test to the short-listed candidates will be sent only by e-mail during the third week of November 2015

Based on the performance in the Written Test, candidates will be short-listed for interview, the schedule and venue of which will be notified. Written test is only a first level screening and written test score will not be considered for final selection process
