Candidate’s age limit should not exceed (For Post 1 – 22 to 35 Years), (For Post 2, 7 – 23 to 35 Years), (For Post 3, 6 – 25 to 40 Years), (For Post 4, 5 – 30 to 50 Years)
The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules

For Acquisition Relationship Managers: Candidates must be Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. + Minimum 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management
For Relationship Manager: Candidates must be Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. + Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management
For Relationship Manager (Team Lead): Candidates must be Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution + Minimum 4 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management. Experience as a Team Lead is preferred
For Zoanl Head/Senior RM-Sales (Corporate & SMEs): Candidates must be Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. + Minimum 10 years experience in Managing Sales in Wealth Management/ Corporate Banking/Investments in the Financial Services industry. Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Sales
For Zoanl Head/Senior RM-Sales (Retail HNI): Candidates must be Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. + Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. + Minimum 10 years experience in Managing Sales in Wealth Management/ Corporate Banking/Investments in the Financial Services industry. Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Sales
For Compliance Officer: Candidates must be Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. + Minimum 5 years overall experience in Wealth Management industry and minimum 3 yrs experience in compliance in Wealth Management
For Investment Counsellors: Candidates must be Graduate from Govt. recognized University or Institution. + Minimum 3 years of experience as an Investment advisor/counsellor/part of Product Team in Wealth Management
Selection will be based on Short listing and Personal Interview
Interview: Adequate number of candidates as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted based on their qualification, experience and overall suitability for Interview. The qualifying marks in Interview will be as decided by the Bank
Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate score the cut off marks [common mark at cut off point], such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, both in the select list as well as in the wait list
The Application Fee Rs.600/- for General/OBC Category candidates; Rs.100/- for SC/ST & PWD category candidates; the Application fee should be pay through Online mode during filling Online Application Form. The Online Payment using Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card (OR) Bank Challan
