For Post (7): Rs.16400/- – Rs.40500/-

Age Limit

Applicant’s Upper age limit should not be more than 50 years for Post (1), 40 years for Post (2, 6), 45 years for Post (3 to 5), 30 years for Post (7) as on 01st November 2016; there is age relaxation for reserved categories persons as per the govt rules

Educational Qualification

For Chief Manager (Law): Graduate Degree in any discipline with Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) (03 years professional course) OR 05 years Integrated LLB Degree (Professional) OR Masters Degree in Law (LLM) with minimum 17 years post qualification experience in requisite grade

For Assistant Manager (Law): Full-time Graduate Degree in any discipline and Full-time Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) (03 years professional course) with minimum 60% marks OR 05 years Integrated Full-time LLB Degree (Professional) with minimum 60% marks. Candidate should have minimum 02 years post qualification experience.

For Senior Manager (HR): Full time MBA/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma of 2 years duration from a recognized University/ Institution with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management/ MSW. Candidate should have minimum 13 years post qualification experience

For Manager (HR): Full time MBA/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma of 2 years duration from a recognized University/ Institution with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management/ MSW. Candidate should have minimum 09 years post qualification experience

For Additional Company Secretary: Full time Graduate in any discipline and should have passed the final examination of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and should be an Associate/ Fellow Member of ICSI. Candidate should have minimum 09 years post qualification experience

For Assistant Manager (Civil): Civil Engineering Degree (B. Tech or B.E.) / AMIE in Civil Engineering from recognized institute with minimum 60 % marks. Candidate should have minimum 02 years post qualification experience

For Medical Officer: Candidate should have MBBS degree with 60% marks from a MCI recognised university. Candidate should have 02 years of professional experience in medicine

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Personal interview conducted by National Fertilizers Limited (NFL)
