Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

1. Regular

• HR Specialist (Recruitment): MBA with specialization in HR/PGDM with Specialization in HR

• • Experience: Middle Management Grade Scale III(MMGS – III) Minimum 7 years and; Senior Management Grade Scale IV (SMGS IV) Minimum 10 years; Experience in recruitment process in both grades
  • Age Limit: Minimum 32 years and Maximum 35 years

• HR Specialist (Manpower Planning): MBA with specialization in HR/PGDM with Specialization in HR

• • Experience: Middle Management Grade Scale III(MMGS – III) Minimum 7 years and; Senior Management Grade Scale IV (SMGS IV) Minimum 10 years; Experience in related field
  • Age Limit: Minimum 32 years and Maximum 35 years

• Internal Communication Specialist: MBA/Post Graduate degree in Marketing/ Mass Media/ Finance/Commerce

• • Experience: Middle Management Grade Scale III(MMGS – III) Minimum 5 years and; Senior Management Grade Scale IV (SMGS IV) Minimum 9 years or; Experience in related field
  • Age Limit: Minimum 27 years and Maximum 35 years

1. Contractual

• Banking Supervisory specialist (BSS): 20 – 25 years of working experience in the banking regulations particularly in the credit and market risk related areas. thorough understanding of Banking Regulatory environment
  • Age Limit: Minimum 55 years and Maximum 65 years
• Defence Banking Advisor (Army): Retired in the rank of Lieutenant General or above
  • Age Limit:  Maximum 62 years
• Defence Banking Advisor (Para Military forces): Retired in the rank ofADGP or Above (Retired IPS Officers) or; 5 years working experience in Central Reserve police force/ Para Military Force
  • Age Limit: Maximum 62 years
• Circle Defence Banking Advisor: Retires in the rank of Major General or Brigadier
  • Age Limit: Maximum 60 years

 

Selection Process

• The mode of selection will be based on the Interview

 
Pay Scale

• For 3 Posts as mentioned in (I) Regular
• Middle Mgt. Grade Scale II (MMGS II) – Rs.31705-1145/1-32850-1310/10-45950 16.08 Lacs @
• Middle Mgt. Grade Scale III (MMGS III) – Rs.42020-1310/5-48570-1460/2-51490 19.50 Lacs @
• Senior Mgt. Grade Scale IV (SMGS IV) – Rs.50030-1460/4-55870-1650/2-59170 23.00 Lacs
• The scale of pay applicable to different grades are furnished above. The official will be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF,Contributory Pension, LFC, Medical Facility etc. as per rules in force from time to time

 
Application Fee

• Candidates required to pay the application fee Rs.600/- for regular posts of HR Specialists & Internal Communication Specialist
• Application fee is waived for all four contractual positions viz, BSS, DBA, & CDBA
