Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank Rohtak SHGB Recruitment for Officer in Junior Mgmt (Scale I) Cadre & Office Assistant (Multipurpose) 2014

Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank Rohtak has released notification for the recruitment of 250 Officer Junior Management Scale-I, Office Assistant (Multipurpose) vacancies

Candidates who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE-III for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September 2014 are eligible for these posts

Eligible candidates may apply online from 25th November 2014 to 09th December 2014

Vacancy Details

1. i) Officer Junior Management Scale-I: 50 Posts (SC – 06, ST – 02, OBC – 15, Gen – 27)
2. ii) Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 200 Posts (SC – 37, OBC – 63, Gen – 100)

Note: The number of vacancies as also the numbers of reserved vacancies are provisional and may vary according to the actual requirement of the Bank

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with proficiency in the local language i.e. Hindi (Passed Hindi as one of the subject in 8th standard, but opted Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation/ 10th standard level)

Age Limit

Candidates age should be between 18-28 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03rd Jul 1985 and later than 30th June 1995 (both dates inclusive) for post 1, 18-28 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02nd Jul 1985 and later than 01st July 1995 (both dates inclusive) for post 2

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on the performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September 2014 and Personal Interview

Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/OBC/UR category

The minimum qualifying marks of interview shall be 40% of the total marks allotted for interview

Personal Interview: Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to Bank, the number equivalent to three times the number of vacancies short-listed based on their Total Weighted Scores (TWS)

Remaining applicants, if any will not receive an interview call from the Bank; the total marks for Interview will be 30 out of total 100 marks allotted for written test & Interview

Interview Centre: The Interview will be held at the Rohtak centre and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters

Candidates should download the Challan Format from the Bank’s website www.shgb.co.in

After filling up the required information on the Challan Form, they should make payment of the Fee applicable to them at any Branch of Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank and should keep the ‘Candidate’s Copy’ of the Challan with receipt of fees duly acknowledged thereon, with them for producing the same at the time of Interview along with the latest passport size photograph pasted on the Challan and signed across by the candidate

Candidates claiming fee concession should also enclose photocopy of the relevant category certificate, along with the paid Fee Challan

Candidate should ensure that on deposit of fee, the Branch issues him/ her receipt which includes the following items

1. i) Name of Branch; ii) Branch Code No.; iii) Transaction ID Number; iv) Deposit Date & Amount

No other means/ mode of application will be accepted

Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID (as specified in the online application form while applying for RRBs – CWE III conducted in September 2014) is kept active during the currency of a recruitment project

Bank may send call letters for Interview etc. to the registered e-mail ID

7) Obtain the Applicants Counterfoil copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan

8) Which is duly authenticated by the Bank with Branch Name & code No, Transaction Id/ Scroll Number, Date of Deposit & amount filled by the branch

10) Read all the Instructions before applying online

11) Enter the CBS Challan details in the Application Form

12) Fill the application form with all the relevant details

13) Check all the details carefully & submit the application form

14) Take the printout copies of application form attach the original Challan form, and other relevant documents

15) Keep the printout copy of application forms for future use to be submitted at the time of interview
