RRB Secunderabad – Recruitment Railway Recruitment Board has released a notification as RRB Secunderabad Recruitment in order to fill 1618 vacancies of ASM, Goods Guard, Clerk cum Typist, Traffic/ Commercial Apprentice Posts. Candidates are required to apply only through “online“ mode. No other mode for submission of application is allowed.

RRB Secunderabad Recruitment 2016 Exam Date: March to May 2016
The candidates applying for the posts of Commerical Apprentice (CA), Traffic Apprentice (TA), Enquiry-cum-Reservation Clerk (ECRC), Goods Guards, Senior Clerk-cum-Typist, Junior Accounts Assistance-cum-Typist (JAA), Assistant Station Master (ASM), Traffic Assistant & Senior Time Keeper must ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions prescribed for the posts on the date of submitting application
Total Posts: 1618 Posts
Selected candidates Pay band for posts no. 1, 2 & 5 is Rs.5200 to 20,200 plus Grade pa Rs.2800/- and for no. 3, 4 is Rs.9300 to 34,800 plus Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Candidates must possess 12th calss/ITI/Graduation or degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent qualification. Proficiency in typing will be added as advantage of applying for clerk posts
Candidates age limit must be attain between 18 years in 32 years as on 01st January 2016; age relaxation is applicable as per govt rules
For UR born between 02nd January 1984 and 01st January 1998, for OBC born between 02nd January 1981 and 01st January 1998 and for SC/ST born between 02nd January 1979 and 01st January 1998
RRB Selection process goes through following rounds
iii. Document verification
Same Day Exam: Common CBT (Examination) is scheduled to be held on the same day(s) by all participating RRBs tentatively during March – May 2016
Negative Marking: There shall be penalty (negative marking) in CBT /Examination and marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer @ 1/3 of the marks allotted for each question
No examination fee for candidates belonging to SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen /Women /Minorities /Transgenders /Persons with Disabilities and Economically backward classes (refer to Genral Instructions Papra 4)
For UR/OBC male candidates not coming within the purview of exempted categories, as above examination fee is Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only)
Candidates are required to apply through On-Line mode to any ONE RRB Only, on the website of concerned Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) as indicated in Para 16 of General Instructions of this notification, till 23.59 hrs of closing date
