National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC) has published a notification for the recruitment of Management Trainee (Finance) vacancies on regular basis at Corporate Office, Zonal Offices & Projects all over India. Eligible candidates can apply online within 21 days from the date of advt.

Total No of Posts: 10

Name of the Post: Management Trainee (Finance)

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 27 years as on 31st August 2016. Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and PWDs and Ex-servicemen as per the Government of India rules

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess CMA (from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or/ CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/or MBA (Finance) qualification from an Indian University recognizsed by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE)/ University Grants Commission (UGC)

Method of Selection: Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on merit/ marks of online written examination. The on-lineonline examination is likely to be conducted on 25th Sept 2016

The list of candidates shortlisted for Personal Interview will be available in our website www.npcc.gov.in and communicated to the candidates through E-mail/Speed Post

Service and Agreement Bond: Selected candidates, while joining the post of Management Trainee (Finance), will be required to execute a Service Agreement Bond for a total value of Rs. 100,000/- to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of three years after completion of their training

Training and Probation: Candidates selected for the above posts will be required to undergo on the job training for a period of six months. On successful completion of six months training period, they shall be absorbed in E-1 Grade as Deputy Manager (Finance) at various works/related assignment in respective fields in the pay scale of Rs.16400-40500 (IDA) and shall be placed under probation for a period of one year from the date of absorption in E-1 Grade

Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay of Rs.1000/- (Non-refundable) for General/OBC candidates through online by using Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card. No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/Women candidates/Ex-Serviceman
