Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2016 for 1315 Officers and Clerks Posts

Bank of Maharashtra has published notification for the recruitment of 1315 General Officer, Security Officer, Clerk and Officer Vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply online from 12th August 2016 to 06th September 2016

1. General Officer MMGS – III: 100 Posts
2. General Officer MMGS – II: 200 Posts
3. Security Officer MMGS – II: 15 Posts
4. Clerk Law Graduates: 100 Posts
5. Clerk Agril Graduates: 200 Posts
6. Officer (Non-Conventional) I in JMGS – I: 500 Posts
7. Clerk (Non-Conventional) with 6 Months Certification Course: 200 Posts

Age Limit

General Officers MMGS III: Candidate should not be less than 23 and more than 32 years of age

General Officers MMGS II: Candidate should not be less than 23 and more than 32 years of age

Security Officers MMGS II: Candidate should not be less than 28 and more than 45 years of age

Clerks Law Graduates: Candidate should not be less than 28 and more than 45 years of age

Clerks Agril Graduates: Candidate should not be less than 18 and more than 28 years of age

Officer JMGS I: Candidate should not be less than 18 and more than 28 years of age

Clerks: candidate should not be less than 18 and more than 28 years of age

Educational Qualification/Experience:

For General Officers MMGS-III: Minimum Graduation and Professional qualifications like MBA (Finance)/ CA/ICWA/CFA/FRM/CAIIB from a University/Institution/Board recognised by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies is preferable

Minimum Four years Post qualification work experience and the experience in processing credit proposals of MSME, Mid Corporate and Large Corporate loans with any Scheduled Commercial Bank is mandatory

General Officers MMGS-II: Minimum Graduation and Professional qualifications like MBA (Finance)/ CA/ ICVWCFWFRM/ CAIIB from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt, of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies is preferable.

Minimum Two years Post qualification work experience and the experience in processing credit proposals of MSME, Mid Corporate and Large Corporate loans with any Scheduled Commercial Bank is mandatory

Security Officers MMGS-II: Graduation in any discipline from a University recognised by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by Central Govt

An Officer with 10 years of commissioned Service in Army/ Navy/ Air Force and not below the rank of Captain or equivalent or an officer not below the rank of Asst. Commandant in para Military Forces or police officer not below the rank of Asst. Superintendent of Police/ Dy. Superintendent of Police with 10 years experience. At the time of retirement, candidate should have EXEMPLARY character and the same should be mentioned in the discharge book

Clerks-Law Graduates: Graduation in Law from a Government recognizsed University/Institute; with PQ Experience – Not applicable

Clerks-Agril Graduates:  Graduation in Agriculture or Agriculture allied activities from a Government recognised University/ Institute with PQ Experience – Not applicable

Officer (Non-conventional): Graduation in any discipline from a University recognised by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by Central Govt. with One year PGDBF from the Bank’s empanelled Institute at candidate’s cost

Clerks (Non-conventional): Graduation in any discipline from a University recognised by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by Central Govt, with Six months Certification course from the Bank’s empanelled Institute at candidate’s cost

Selection Process: As per the recruitment norms of Bank of Maharashtra, only eligible candidates will be selected for Officer and Clerk posts
