The notification for ITBP Recruitment 2016 for Assistant Commandants (Engineers) has been announced. Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University or Institution

Note: A candidate who has appeared at an exam the passing of which would render him/her educationally qualified, but has not been confirmed of the result, may apply; candidate who intends to appear/has appeared at such a qualifying exam may also apply

Age Limit: Candidates must have been born not earlier than 21st February 1986 and not later than 22nd February 1998 (Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates)

Selection Process

Selection will be based on performance in Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Written Examination and Interview & Medical Test

Candidates, whose applications are found to be in order, shall be issued Admit cards to appear in recruitment test. The date and venue of recruitment test will be indicated in Admit card

Exam Fee & Mode of Payment

i) Offline Printed Application Forms: Candidates should pay the fee of Rs.200/- by means of “Demand Draft (DD) OR Indian Postal Orders (IPO)” only; DD or IPO should be drawn in the name of DDO, Dte.Gen. ITB Police Force, New Delhi

ii) Online Applications: Candidates submitting their applications on-line shall pay the requisite fee (Rs. 200/-) only by online mode

iii) Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Ex-Servicemen category are exempted from payment of fee

How to Apply

Eligible candidates may apply online www.recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in from 01st February 2016 to 22nd February 2016. No printout is required to be sent to ITBPF if you choose online option. However, it is mandatory to bring during Selection Process
