Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC), Hyderabad issued TSPSC AEE Recruitment 2017 Notification (64/2017) for the recruitment of in Rural Water Supply and Sanitation (RWS & S) Department of Telangana State

Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for TSPSC Vacancy Recruitment should have the following educational qualifications
Candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or a pass in Sec. A & B of AMIE Examination conducted by Institute of Engineers in Civil
Age Limit
Minimum 18 years and maximum 44 years as on 01st July 2017. Upper age is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ ST/ BC candidates, 10 years for PwD candidates, 3 years & length of service for Ex-SM & NCC candidates and 5 years based on the length of service for TS Government Employees
Selection Process
Selection will be made through Written Examination followed by Personality Assessment Test (Interview). Written Test will be either Computer Based or Offline OMR Based. Examination will be announced later
The Examination will be held at Hyderabad (including HMDA Jurisdiction), Karimnagar, Khammam, Warangal, Nizamabad or as may be decided by the commission.
Scheme of Exam
Paper-I – General Studies & General Abilities – 150 Marks
Paper-II – Civil Engineering (Degree Level) – 300 Marks
Personality Assessment Test (Interview) – 50 Marks
The Written Exam(Objective Type) will be held at the following centres or as maybe decided by the Commission
i) Hyderabad (including HMDA Jurisdiction)
ii) Karimnagar
iii) Khammam
iv) Warangal
v) Nizamabad
6) (a) FEE: (Remittance of Fee) Each applicant must pay Rs. 200/- (RUPEES TWO HUNDRED
ONLY) towards Online Application Processing Fee. This apart, the applicants have to pay RS.
120/- (RUPEES ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY ONLY) towards Examination Fee.
However, the following category of candidates are exempted from payment of
Exam Fee
a) BC, SC & ST of Telangana State
b) Unemployed applicants in the age group of 18 to 44 years of Telangana State (They have to submit declaration at an appropriate time to the Commission that they are unemployed)
c) PH & Ex-servicemen
Mode of Payment of Fee
The Fee mentioned at Para-I(6)(a) is to be paid online through SBI ePay duly following online instructions once the application form details are submitted by filling TSPSC ID, date of birth and other particulars
The fee once remitted, shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.Failure to pay the exam fee, application fee, wherever applicable will entail total rejection of application

Pay Scale
The TSPSC offers a pay scale to its employees according to the post they are recruited in. Basic pay scale in Assistant Executive Engineer Is given below
Pay Scale – Rs.37100- 91,450/- (RPS-2015)
The Applicants have to read the User Guide for Online Submission of Applications and then proceed further
STEP-I: The Candidate has to visit the WEBSITE www.tspsc.gov.in and fill the OTR application if not registered earlier to obtain TSPSC ID. While filling the same, the candidates have to ensure that there are no mistakes in it. The Commission bears no responsibility for the mistakes, if any, made by the candidates
STEP-II: The candidates have to visit the websitewww.tspsc.gov.in to submit Application and Click on the Link with Notification Number and Name, provide TSPSC ID and Date of Birth to proceed further
