Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 183 Program Manager, Program Officer, Regional Coordinator, Counselor and Secretary to Program Director cum Admin Assistant vacancies on contract basis.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

Program Manager: Candidates should possess Master in Public Health/Master in Health Administration/ Master of Social Work (Health & Mental Health or Public Health)/ M.A. (Counselling or Clinical Psychology) with minimum 2-5 years of working experience in relevant field

Program Officer: Candidates should possess Master in Public Health/Master in Health Administration/ Master of Social Work/M.A. (Psychology) with minimum 2‐4 years of working experience in relevant field

Regional Coordinator: Candidates should possess Master of Arts/M.Sc (Bio‐Statistics)/Master in Public Health/Master in Population Studies/Master in Health Administration with 4 to 7 years of research experience in relevant field. PhD in any of the above subjects is desirable

Counselor: Candidates should possess Postgraduate in Social Work (Health & Mental Health or Public Health or Community Organisation)/MA (Counselling or Clinical Psychology)/ Master in Public Health/Master in Health Administration with minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience in relevant field

Secretary to Program Director: Candidates must have completed Graduate/Post graduate in any field with 2-4 years of working experience

Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview

TISS Salary

Program Manager: Upto Rs 70,000 per month

Program Officer: Upto Rs 50000/- per month

Regional Coordinator: Rs 75000 to Rs 85000/- per month

Counselor: Upto Rs 17000/- per month

Secretary to Program Director cum Admin Assistant: Rs 32210/- per month
