Educational Qualifications
General Duty Medical Officers (GDMOs):
A recognized medical qualification included in the first or Second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule (other than that licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Completion of compulsory rotating internship
Specialists
A recognized medical qualification included in the first or Second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule (other than that licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council.Act, 1956. Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the concerned Specialty as mentioned in Section A or Section-8 of Schedule-VI or equivalent.
Age Limit
All doctors appointed will not continue on the post once he/she reaches 67 years of age
Selection Process
Selection Process will be based on Interview
Pay Scale
Specialists – Rs.85000/- Per Month
GDMO’s: Rs.75000/- Per Month
Interested and Eligible candidates may appear for interview along with application form in prescribed format and self-attested copies of all relevant documents and application in plane paper super-scripting the name of the post applied for in the state and five passport size recent photographs. And original documents for verification
