NRL is looking for dynamic, committed Graduate Engineers for recruitment as “Graduate Engineer Trainee” (GET) in the following engineering disciplines
iii. Graduate Engineer Trainee (Instrumentation) – 02 Vacancies
vii. Management Trainee (Finance) – 01 Vacancy
viii. Officer (Finance) – 01 Vacancy
Essential Qualification, Age Limit
Educational Qualification
GET (Chemical): First class degree in the discipline of Chemical Engineering having minimum 65% marks in aggregate
GET (Electrical): First class degree in the discipline of Electrical Engineering having minimum 65% marks in aggregate
GET (Instrumentation): First class degree in the discipline of Instrumentation Engineering/Instrumentation & Control Engineering/Instrumentation & ElectronicsEngineering having minimum 65% marks in aggregate
GET (Mechanical): First class degree in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering having minimum 65% marks in aggregate
GET (Civil): First class degree in the discipline of Civil Engineering having minimum 65% marks in aggregate
GET (IIS): First class degree in the discipline of Computer Science having minimum 65% marks in aggregate
Management Trainee (Finance): 2 years full time MBA/ PGDM with specialization in Finance from AICTE/UGC recognized Institute/ University/Deemed University having minimum 60% marks
Officer (Finance):Chartered Accountant and having Associate Membership of ICAI
Age Limit
Candidate’s upper age limit should not exceed 30 years as on 01st January 2018; the upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST candidates, 03 years for OBC (NCL) candidates against reserved vacancies
Selection Process
The selection process shall consist of Written Test and/Personal interview of shortlisted candidates. “NRL Management reserves the right for not to hold the Written Test, if the numbers of applicants are less”
The offer of Appointment shall be issued to the suitable candidates in the order of merit and based on the number of vacancies
Compensation
Selected Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) &Management Trainees will be on training for a period of one year andwill be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs.24900/- per month, which is due for revision
After successful completion oftraining they will be considered for placement in Officers Grade ‘A’ with a probationary period of 12 months on a payscale of Rs.60000/- Rs.180000/-
Officer (Finance) shall be placed in Officer Grade ‘A’ with a probationary period of 12 months on a pay scale ofRs.60000/- Rs.180000/-
Besides Basic Pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance, Perks and other allowances admissible under the Company ruleswill be payable on absorption

No other means/mode of application shall be accepted. Website will remain open from 00.01hrs on 24th January 2018 to 2400 hrs on 23rd February 2018 for online application
After applying online, candidate is required to download the Application Form generated by the system with unique registration number, Space for photograph and signature and other details
Print out of the Online Application Form duly signed and affixing latest passport-size colour photograph along with self-attested true copies of the testimonials/documents mentioned above should be sent by Speed Post/ Courier in a sealed envelope super scribed “Application for the Post of Graduate Engineer Trainee” to the address
