The notification for NPCC Recruitment 2016 for Management Trainees (Civil Engineering) has been announced. National Projects Construction Corporation (NPCC) Limited has invited applications for the recruitment of Management Trainees (Civil) – (Special Recruitment Drive for SC/ST/OBC /PWD – Backlog) on contract basis.

Degree Holder Civil Engineer through GATE-2015

Total No. of Posts: 25

1. Mgmt Trainee (Civil) – SC: 01 Post
2. Mgmt Trainee (Civil) – ST: 03 Posts
3. Mgmt Trainee (Civil) – OBC (NCL): 21 Posts

(02 posts reserved for PWD – Hearing impairment and locomotor disability or cerebral palsy)

Age Limit:

Candidates upper age limit is 27 years as on 31st December 2015

Educational Qualifications:

Only Indian Nationals should apply. Candidates should possess Bachelor in Civil Engineering

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview

Pay Scale: Manager in their respective discipline at various works/related assignment in respective fields in pay scale of Rs 16400-40500 (IDA) and shall be placed under probation of one year

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.500/- for OBC (NCL) in the form of Demand draft in the form of Demand Draft with the validity of three months drawn in favour of “NPCC Limited” payable at New Delhi; SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from Fee
