NMDC Recruitment 2018 for 163 Manager posts on Deputation/Contract Basis

 
Applications are invited from eligible & willing candidates to fill up the posts on Deputation/Contract basis for Nagarnar Integrated Steel Plant, Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh

NMDC Ltd., a Navaratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India and a multi locational, Multi product and consistently profit-making Mining & Mineral Exploration Organization with large turnover is in the process of massive expansion and diversification activities both in India and abroad

NMDC is setting up a 3.0 MTPA Integrated Steel Plant at Nagarnar near Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh State

Departments

1. Mechanical, Metallurgy and Chemical Disciplines: 78 posts
2. Electrical Disciplines: 43 posts
3. Safety, Town Administration, Materials Mgt & Marketing, HRD and Personnel Disciplines: 30 posts.
4. Instrumentation: 12 posts

Duration

The period of Contract shall be three years initially, which can be extended further two more years basing on the requirement. The candidates of the Public sector will be engaged on deputation basis and candidates of Private Sector Undertaking will be engaged on a contract basis

Salary Scale

Junior Manager: Rs.20600 to Rs.46500/-

Assistant Manager: Rs.24900 to Rs.50500/-

Deputy Manager: Rs.29100 to Rs.54500/-

Manage: Rs.32900 to Rs.58000 /-

Senior Manager: Rs 36600 to Rs 62000

Assistant General Manager: Rs 43200 to Rs 66000

Deputy General Manager: Rs 51300 to Rs 73000

Junior General Manager: Rs 51300 to Rs 73000

Apart from Pay and Allowances, other benefits viz. PRP, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Medical facilities etc., as per rules as applicable will also be admissible
 

Eligibility Criteria

 
Educational Qualification

A Degree in Civil Engineering or Graduation with 2 years PG Degree/ Diploma in related discipline
 
Selection Process

The selection for all the posts will be made on the basis of Personal Interview of shortlisted eligible candidates
