Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam Recruitment – 185 Apprentice Posts

Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam has given a notification for the recruitment of 185 Apprentice vacancies for one year training (2016 -17/ 18 Batch). 1. Foundryman: 03 Posts

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have SSC/Matric/ Std. X with minimum of 50% (aggregate) and ITI (NCVT) in relevant trades with minimum 65% (aggregate)

Age Limit: Candidates age should be born between 15th April 1995 to 15th April 2002 for Gen, 15th April 1990 to 15th April 2002 for SC/ST as on 15th April 2016. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules

Physical Standards: Height minimum – 137 cm, Weight minimum – 25.4 Kg., other standards as per Apprentices Act 1961

Nationality: Indian

Stipend: Rs.7036/-, Rs.7916/- per month, depending upon the period of apprenticeship training subjected to minimum wages of semi skilled workers notified by the Andhra Pradesh State

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for written examination & interview
