Qualification

The ‘eligibility criteria’ for the selection of Junior Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow shall be with a degree in the appropriate area of study:

1. a) BE with GATE qualified
2. b) MA /M.Sc with NET/GATE/SET qualified
3. c) MA /M.Sc with 55% marks in aggregate where the scope of NET/SET is restricted or does not currently exist. In this case, a selection test may be conducted for consideration
4. d) Only ME/M.Tech degree shall be considered for SRF

Age Limit: Candidates age should be up to 28 years for Arts and Science subjects and 35 years for engineering subjects

Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on interview

Value:

1. i) Rs 16,000/- per month (Fixed) for Junior Research Fellow
2. ii) Rs 18,000/- per month (Fixed) for Senior Research Fellow

Reservation: As per UGC Rules

Application Form: Candidates have to pay Rs.50/- to obtain application forms from the Information Office of the University from 09th September 2014 (except Sunday, Saturday and holidays) during working hours i.e from 11.00 AM to 02.00 PM and 02.30 PM to 04.00 PM
