Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is inviting applications to fill up six posts of Law Officer, IT Professionals and Research Associate. Age Limit
For the posts of Law Officer, Analyst Programmer-Linux, Analyst Programmer-Windows & IT-Administrator – 21 to 33 years
For the post of Research Associate – 21 to 30 Years
Candidates, intending to apply for the above posts should ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria specified by IBPS in this advertisement:
Law Officer
(1) A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council
(2) Enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council with minimum 3 years experience of practice at Bar and/or Judicial service and/or having experience of working with reputed solicitor firm and/or as a Law Officer in the Legal Dept. of a Scheduled Commercial Bank and/or the Central/State Govt. and/or of a Public Sector Undertaking and/or organisation conducting exams
The candidate should produce a certificate of having the requisite post qualification work experience from the Court/Bar Council/organisation at the time of interview. Competency in operating computers is must
Analyst-Programmer (Linux)
Graduation degree is essential. Diploma/Certification from recognized professional bodies is essential for computer courses like C language or ASP.NET or Linux programming language
Minimum 3 years post qualification hands on experience is required for development and managing computer applications in Linux for high volume data processing. Recent hands on development experience are essential in Linux platform
Analyst- Programmer (Windows)
BE/B. Tech/ MCA with specialization in Computer Science
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience is required in IT Application development and maintenance in mid/large size business organizations for WEB based computer applications using ASP.NET and MS.SQL. Recent hands on development experience must be in DOT Net and MS SQL as development platform
IT Administrator
Minimum 3 years post qualification hands on experience is required for support and maintenance of IT setup (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Servers and LAN Switches, Firewall, etc) Must have recent hands on experience of handling minimum 100 desktop/node/LAN in an office IT setup
Research Associate
Post-Graduation in Psychology / Education or Management with specialization in HR with minimum 55% marks from recognized universities / Institutes
Preferably, one-year experience in the academic Research/Test Development Competency in operating computer is must
Selection Process
Selection Process -Written Examination; the exam will be conducted online in venues across many centres in India
Cutoff Score
Cutoff scores will be decided by IBPS Authorities and candidates will be shortlisted for further process
Compensation
The pay scales/bands offered by the Institute to the Law Officer, Analyst Programmer (Linux), Analyst Programmer (Windows), IT Administrator & Research Associate will be as under:
In addition, other benefits such as Contributory PF, Gratuity, LTC, domiciliary Medical Reimbursement and Insurance for hospitalization, interest subsidy on housing loan, etc. are admissible as per rules

No other mode of application will be accepted. A candidate can apply for only one post, as the skill sets for the posts are different. Any candidate should submit not more than one application
Before applying online, candidates should scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature adhere to the required specifications as given in Annexure II to this Advertisement and should also have a valid personal email ID, which should be kept active till the completion of this round of Recruitment Process
In case of multiple Applications only the latest valid (completed) application will be retained
