The application format along with other information regarding qualification, experience, pay scale, age, reservation etc can be obtained from the office of establishment branch-II, block-D, level-II, Hospital building, GMCH-32, Chandigarh, personally on any working day from Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
