Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Only Indian Nationals would be eligible to apply.

Educational Qualifications: Applicant should have done three years Engineering Diploma/ B. Tech. /B.E.  in Telecommunications/Electronics/ Electrical/ Radio/ Computer/ Instrumentation/ Information Technology from any authorised University or Institute which is incorporated by the act of the Central or State Legislature in India.

Age Limit: Candidate should have minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 10th August 2016. Age relaxation should be applicable as 05 years for SC/ST category and 03 years for OBC category.

Application Fee: Applicant who belongs to General & OBC category should pay Rs.1000/- and SC/ ST category candidate should pay Rs.500/- as an application fee via Internet Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card only.

Pay Scale: Candidate will be paid Rs.13600/- to Rs.25420/- with basic pay + IDA, HRA, Perks, Medical Benefits etc.

Selection Criteria

An all India online written exam is scheduled in the month of September 2016 that has to be attended by all eligible candidates.

Paper-I: General Ability Test (20 questions & 20 marks)

Paper-II: Basic Engineering (90 questions & 90 marks)

Paper-III: Specialisation (90 questions & 90 marks)

Total – 200 questions and 200 marks

Duration: 03 hours (10.00 am to 01.00 pm)

How to Apply

Candidates applying for Junior Engineer (JE) posts are required to apply online for which link shall be provided through BSNL website www.externalexam.bsnl.co.in.

Applications will be considered only through the online registration process which is to start from 10th July 2016 and will be closed on 10th August 2016.

All candidates applying for Junior Engineer (JE) posts are required to read all the instructions provided on website before filling the online application form.

Candidates will have to provide valid Email ID & Mobile Number at the time of online registration.
