The notification for BEL Bengaluru Recruitment 2016 for Engineering Asstt /Technician / Clerk has been announced. Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Engineering Assistant Trainee, Technician, and Clerk-Cum-Computer Operator Posts on permanent basis for its Bengaluru Unit. Interested and eligible candidates can apply before 23rd January 2016.

Vacancy Details

Total No. of Posts: 32

1. Engineering Asst. Trainee: 14 (Electronics 10, Mechanical 04)
2. Technician ‘C’: 15 (Electronic Mechanic 07, Machinist 02, AC&R 02, Fitter 02, Electrician 01, Welder 01)
3. Clerk-Cum-Computer Operator-C: 03 (B.Com)

Scale of Pay

For Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT): Rs.10050-3%-25450 + admissible allowance

For Technician ‘C’ and Clerk-Cum-Computer Operator-C: Rs.8740-3%-22150/-+ admissible allowance during Training – Stipend of Rs 10,000/-

Educational Qualifications

Engineering Asst. Trainee: 3 years full time diploma in Engineering

Technician ‘C’: ITI + one year apprenticeship OR 3 years National Apprenticeship Certificate Course

Clerk-Cum-Comp Operator-C: 3 years full time Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University+ Knowledge in Computer Operation

*General/OBC candidates should have secured 60% marks & above, SC/ST/PWD candidates should have secured minimum 50% marks

*Knowledge of Kannada and registration in any of the Employment Exchanges of Karnataka is preferable

Age Limit

Upper age as on 01st January 2016 should be 28 years for General, 31 years for OBC and 33 years for SC/ST candidates. PWD candidates will be extended age relaxation by 10 years

Selection Process

The incumbents meeting the qualification and other conditions will be shortlisted for written test. Selection will be through written test, followed by an interview for only those candidates, who qualify in the written test

Application Fee

Candidates belonging to General/OBC have to pay Rs.300/- through SBI bank challan; SC/ST/PWD are exempted from payment of fee
