AFCAT-2 2016 Notification released

airforceThe Indian Air Force (IAF) has released an official notification of AFCAT-2 2016 for aspiring candidates to apply for different posts. Indian men and women can both apply for Flying, Technical and Ground Duty branches, which is commencing in July 2017 for grant of Short Service Commission in Flying Branch and Permanent/ Short Service Commission in Technical and Ground Duty Branches through Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) – 02/2016.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the application form from June 04 to June 30, 2016.

The IAF took off as a tiny fleet with four Westland Wapiti army co-operative by-planes, six RAF trained officers and 19 Hawai Sepoys. Today, it is the fourth largest Air Force in the world with a highly technical and specialised fighting force that safeguards our skies against enemy invasions.
