Bank of Baroda, United Bank of India and SIDBI Venture Capital Ltd. are the other sponsors. 10 other public sector banks, LIC and 4 State-level financial institutions are the shareholders of ISARC
 
SIDBI is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for ISARC
 
Age Limit
 
Candidate’s age should not be more than 60 years as on 01st August 2017
 
Educational Qualification
 
Candidates should have Graduate degree in any discipline with relevant experience
 
Experience
 
Over 20 years in banking and finance, out of which minimum of 5 years in senior positions having handled various credit, recovery, NPA Mgt., legal matters in Banks/All India Financial Institutions and other related experience at the position of GM of Scheduled Commercial Bank or CGM of All India Financial Institutions
 
Experience in ARCs, fund raising, legal matters and dealing with distressed assets will be considered as added advantage
