Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) issued Special Advt. No. 53/2016 and invites Online Recruitment Applications (ORA) for the recruitment of 257 Enforcement Officers/ Accounts Officers in Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, Ministry of Labour & Employment (SC-30, ST-06, OBC-84 & UR-137).

Candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in any subject. (i) Bachelor’s degree in Law/ Integrated five (05) years Degree in Law/ Masters in Business Administration/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management/ Company Secretary/ Chartered Accountant/ Cost & Management Accountant, (ii) Two years experience in Administration/ Accounts/ Legal Matters in any government or Listed-Private Organisation are desirable
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years. Upper age limit relaxations applicable as per norms
The selection process is based on Written Exam, Interview; pen & paper based Recruitment Test (RT) to short-list the candidates for the subsequent Interview for recruitment to the posts of Enforcement Officers/Accounts Officers and shall be conducted by the Commission
The syllabus of the Test will broadly comprise the following topics: General English – To evaluate candidate’s understanding of English language & workman – like use of words (a) Indian Freedom Struggle; (b) Current Events and Developmental Issues; (c) Indian Polity & Economy; (d) General Accounting Principles; (e); Industrial Relations & Labour Laws; (f) General Science & knowledge of Computer applications; (g) General Mental Ability & Quantitative Aptitude; and (h) Social Security in India
The salary offered is Rs.9300-34800 (PB-2) + Rs.4600/- (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs.30441/- Approx.) + TA and HRA as admissible. General Central Service Group ‘B’
