IBPS launches online grievance lodging and redressal system

In order to serve better and streamline the requests, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has launched an online grievance lodging and redressal system for the candidates.

If any candidate intends to register any grievance, he/she may click on the link under the heading “Candidate Grievance Lodging and Redressal Mechanism” on IBPS official website i.e. www.ibps.in.

Replies on the grievances lodged shall be given at the registered email address by the IBPS Help desk within a reasonable time after registering the grievances.

In view of the creation of online candidate grievance lodging and redressal mechanism on IBPS official website, it has also been decided that grievance lodged/made through other modes of communication will not be entertained with effect from 1st April, 2016.
