It is a one-year training programme, conducted at ICICI Manipal Academy, Bengaluru. The candidates who are graduates with 55% marks and are below 25 years of age are eligible to appear in the ICICI Bank PO recruitment test. Candidates are selected based on their performance in Online Aptitude test, Psychometric Assessment, Group Discussion, Merit List, Personal Interview. Applicants joining the Probationary Officer Training Programme will be enrolled for MBA in Banking and Finance with Manipal University.
