Engagement of Graduate / Technician (Diploma) /Tech (Vocational Trades) Apprentices in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Nashik for the year 2014-15 under the Apprentices Act, 1961

Applications in the prescribed format are invited from Citizens of India for undergoing Apprenticeship Training in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Nashik Division for a period of one year as Graduate Technician /Technician (Vocational) Apprentices as per the details given below:

Note

1) PWD -Persons with Disability; there percentage of disability should not be less than 40%

2) XSM – includes i) Children of deceased/disabled Ex-servicemen including those killed/disabled during peace time ii) Children of Ex Servicemen iii) Children of Serving Jawans iv)Children of Serving Officers v) Ex-Servicemen

Educational Qualification

For Graduate Apprentices: Candidates should have successfully completed Degree in Engineering-Technology from a recognized university in the above mentioned Disciplines/Subject fields and passed their qualifying examination on or after 15-12-2011

For Technician Apprentices: Candidates should have successfully completed Diploma in Engineering/Technology from State Board of Technical Education in the above mentioned Disciplines/Subject fields and passed their qualifying exam on or after 15-12-2011

For Technician (Vocational) Apprentices: Minimum qualification required is a pass in 10+2 with Vocational subjects from HSC Board in the above mentioned Disciplines/Subject fields and passed their qualifying exam on or after 15-12-11

Nationality: Indian

Age Limit: Maximum age limit for Graduate apprentices is 25 years, for Technician apprentices is 25 years and for Technician (Vocational) apprentices is 23 years as on 01st September 2014

Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (OBC with valid Non creamy layer certificate in Central Govt. format) and 10 years for, Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates

Reservation of vacancies will be done as per the rules/ guidelines

Candidates those who have undergone Apprenticeship Training or who are undergoing similar apprenticeship training / or registered for Apprentice training in the respective discipline under the Apprentice Act elsewhere are not eligible

Candidates with work experience of one year or more are not eligible

Stipend: Stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act /rules; No TA/ DA will be paid to the candidates who come for the selection process

Selection Process

Qualified Apprentices will be engaged based on merit, taking into consideration of the marks scored in Graduate/Diploma/MCVC, with respect to the post he/she applied for

A common merit list will be prepared by considering all the candidates (i.e. the candidates of Employment Exchange and the candidates who directly apply) and candidates will be selected for apprenticeship training in the order of merit list

The list of selected candidates will be published only through the Notice Board of HAL Technical Training Center (TTC), Ojhar, and Nasik on 15th November 2014 (Tentative)

How to Apply

Interested and eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed format neatly written/Typed and send the filled in application with attested copies of all relevant certificates

The Envelop should be super-scribed with “Application for the post of _________Apprenticeship-2014”

The duly filled application strictly in the prescribed format, along with a crossed Demand Draft of Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty only) drawn in favour of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited payable at State Bank of India, Ojhar, Township (SBl Branch Code-1195) which is non-refundable (SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from Demand Or Draft) may please send by ordinary post to Training Department, Post Box No.23, HAL Township Post Office, Ojhar, Tal. Niphad Dist. Nashik-422201 on or before 16th October 2014

Incomplete and applications not in conformity and applications without attested copies of supporting documents and applications received after the last date will be rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained
