TCIL Recruitment 2017 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Candidate’s maximum age should be Maximum 55 years for General and 58 for OBC for S.No-1, 2, 4, 55 years for S.No-3 Posts as on 01-05-2017. Age relaxation is admissible as per rules

Educational Qualification

For Executive Director: B.E. /B. Tech. in ECE/CSE or its equivalent (Regular) from a recognized University and Desirable Qualification – MBA or its equivalent will be preferable

For Group General Manager (HRD) – MBA (HR)/PG Diploma in HR equivalent to MBA/MSW (Masters in Social Work) with HRM Specialization (full time) from Recognized University

For Group General Manager (Finance): CA/CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) and Desirable Qualification – ACS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India/ MBA (Fin.) from a reputed institution

Experience

The candidate should have minimum 25 years post qualification experience in HR functions of the Organization covering Performance Management, Leave Management, Recruitment, Promotions, Transfers & postings, Manpower Planning including Contract Manpower planning, Training etc. based on the Govt. guidelines. Out of 25 years experience, minimum 4 years working experience should be in the grade

Pay Scale

For Executive Director – Rs. 62,000-80,000 (E9 – IDA)

For Group General Manager – Rs. 51300- 73000 (E8 – IDA)
