RBI Recruitment Notification for Research Positions in Grade-B 2015

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) invites applications for 04 Research Positions (Grade-B). The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format on or before 25th December 2015. The notification for RBI Recruitment 2015 for Research Positions (Grade-B)  has been announced.

Name of the Post: Research Positions in Grade-B

Eligibility Criteria (as on 01-12-2015)

Age: The applicant should be below 34 years of age. In case of PWD candidates, age relaxation as per extant Govt. of India instructions, will be provided

Upper age is relaxable by-

a) 3-years in the case of OBC candidates

b) 5-years in the case of: i) Ex-employees of banking institutions (others categories)

c) 10 years for PwD (General); 13 years for PWD (OBC) candidates

(d) For eligible staff candidates the relaxation in age limit is according to RBI

Qualifications (As on 01-12-2015): PhD in areas of Economics or Finance form reputed universities is the minimum required educational qualification

Basic Salary of Grade-B:

On Regular appointment the monthly gross salary will be Rs 60770/- (after granting four advance increments) plus other benefits and facilities as per the current pay scale of the Bank

Selection Procedure:

Final selection will be through interview only. A preliminary screening of the applications will be carried out for making, if necessary, a short-list of eligible candidates to be called for the interview
