Punjab National Bank (PNB) New Delhi invites applications for appointment of Chief Customer Service Officer (CCSO) on Contract Basis. Eligible and interested candidates can apply offline on or before 20th May 2016.

Name of the Post: Chief Customer Service Officer (CCSO)
Pay Scale: The contract amount shall be fixed Rs 80000/- per month, subject to deduction of taxes applicable
Age Limit: The eligible candidate’s age must be less than 62 years as on 30th April 2016
The eligible person should be retired officer in the rank of Chief General Manager or General Manager of a scheduled commercial bank other than Punjab National Bank
The eligible person should have exposure in working of more than three areas of operations in banking such as General Banking, Credit, Foreign Exchange Operations, Treasury, Govt. Business, Merchant Banking, Credit Card Operations etc
The appointment of Chief Customer Service Officer will be purely contractual in nature for a period of three years, extendable as per suitability criteria
The selection will be made on the basis of personal interaction/interview
Application Fee is Rs.1000/- payable by way of Draft drawn on any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank drawn in favor of “Punjab National Bank-Recruitment of CCSO” and payable at New Delhi

No application shall be entertained beyond the stipulated date. Incomplete applications will be rejected; hard copy of the application be sent by registered/speed post in a sealed envelope super scribing:
