Applications are invited from eligible candidates for NPTC Limited Recruitment of Law Officer through CLAT 2016. NTPC Limited is looking for experienced Law Officers for filling up 11 Vacancies at E1 level for its Projects /Stations. The NTPC Law Officers – 2016 Online Registration starts from 19th April 2016 and close on 09th May 2016

[NTPC is looking for 11 experienced Law Officers at E1 level for its projects/stations]
The candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent – full time degree from recognized Indian university/institute) with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/PWD candidates)
Candidates with 5 year integrated law degree shall be given due preference. Candidates should be registered with the Bar Council
Candidates must have a minimum 2 years of full time work experience in the field of law in India such as practicing at Bar/working with Law firms/handling legal work under employment with private/public organization or with Central/State Govt.
Internship during continuation of LLB Program will not be considered as experience
Upper age limit is 30 years as on last date of online registration in NTPC (i.e. 09th May 2016)
The relaxation in age for the reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC/PWD-General/ PWD-SC/ Ex-servicemen will be according to the organization rules and regulations that are mention in the notification
Eligible candidates will have to appear for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)-2016 for Post Graduate Program. The Candidates will be short listed for further selection process based on the scores of CLAT-2016 (Post Graduate Program) and the requirement
Detailed information regarding CLAT-2016 is available on the website www.clat.ac.in; please note that score from CLAT-2015 or any other exam is not valid
The appointed candidates for NTPC Jobs will get pay scale of Rs.20600-46500/- per month with other allowances if admissible in accordance of organization norms
A non-refundable fee of Rs.300/- for General/OBC category candidates; the SC/ST/PWD/ XSM category candidates need not pay the registration fee
The State Bank of India has been authorized to collect the registration fee, in a specially opened account (No. 30987919993) at CAG branch, New Delhi, on behalf of NTPC
The candidates, who have applied online for CLAT-2016 Post Graduate Programme, will receive their CLAT-2016 Registration Number printed on their Admit Card / Hall Ticket. On receipt of CLAT registration number, the candidates need to apply on-line in NTPC for the post of Law Officers -2016 on the NTPC Careers website www.ntpccareers.net from 19th April 2016 to 09th May 2016
