Educational Qualification
Candidates should have completed Graduate with qualified Company Secretary Minimum 03 years Experience as a Company Secretary for Post (1), Graduate with NISM/NCFM qualification with Minimum 01 year Experience in Dealing/Back Office for Post (2)
Any Degree wherever mentioned shall be full time course only; the experience in years should be post qualification experience on full time basis [For other eligibility criteria details refer official notification]
Nationality: A candidate must be either a citizen of India
Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Examination followed by interview conducted by Indbank Merchant Banking Services Limited (Indbank), Chennai
