What is the Recruitment Process adopted by IBPS for Clerk Recruitment ?
Candidates who appear and are shortlisted in the Common Written examination, will be called for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Participating Banks and co-ordinated by the Nodal Bank with the help of IBPS. Depending on the State/UT wise vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2015-16 based on the business needs of the Participating Banks/Organisations and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations keeping in view the spi rit of Govt.
