Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for above vacancies should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent from a recognized university. He/she should have passed matriculation examination with Hindi as one of the subjects and must have proficiency in operations of computers (word processing and spread sheets)
Candidates will be selected based on written examination, computer proficient test, interview
Pattern of the Written Examination for Punjab Haryana High Court Recruitment 2017 is given below
33% in each subject but no candidate shall be considered to have qualified the written exam unless he/she obtains 40% marks in the aggregate of both subjects
PHHC Written Exam will be held in Objective Types (MCQ) based. Written test consists of 02 subjects carry out 100 marks. Negative marking is applicable for High Court Clerk Exam 2017
For each wrong answer candidates shall deduct 1/4 mark. Written qualified candidates called for Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)
Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) shall comprise of Two Parts i.e. Part I & Part II
Part I will be Word Processing Test
Part II will be Typing Test in English at the Speed of 30 W.P.M
For SC/ ST/ BC/ ESM Category Males: Rs.250/-
For SC/ ST/ BC/ ESM Category Females: Rs.125/-
All Other Category Candidates: Rs.1000/-
The applicants have to deposit the requisite fee by way of “Cash Deposit Receipt”, printed after completion of Step-I of registration, in any Branch of State Bank of India only
The Cash Deposit Receipt will contain the amount of fee to be deposited by the applicant, depending upon his/her category. Applicant approaching the State Bank of India Branch will ask for depositing the fee under Screen 8888 (Fee Type21)
No other mode of payment of fee is admissible
