Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Candidates minimum age should be 46 years for Deputy General Manager (Marketing) post, 39 years for Senior Manager (Marketing) post, 37 years for Manager (Marketing), 34 years for Deputy Manager (Finance), 29 years for Assistant Manager (Finance) post & 28 years for Officer (Secretarial) post as on 01st November 2016

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess first class full time Engineering Degree with First class MBA (Marketing)/ first class PG Diploma in Marketing Management for Deputy General Manager (Marketing) & Senior Manager/ Manager (Marketing) posts, Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant for Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager (Finance) Posts

Graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for Officer (Secretarial) post
