Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (UPRVUNL) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 20 Assistant Engineer (Trainee) Vacancies on permanent basis. Eligible candidates may apply online application from 17th August to 16 September 2016

Assistant Engineer Trainee (Electronics & Instrumentation) – 04 Posts
Assistant Engineer Trainee (Civil) – 02 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 to 40 years as on 01 July 2016
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit relaxable up to 05 years for SC, ST and O.B.C. categories candidates as per government rules
For Asst. Engineer (Trainee) [E&M] (Post Code: 1 to 3): (a) Through Knowledge of Hindi in Devnagari Script. if the candidates has not passed High School of equivalent examination in Hindi, he/she has to clear the an exam conducted by the Registrar, Departmental Examinations Govt. of U.P. within 3 years of joining
(b) A degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Telecommunication/Instrumentation / Electronics and Instrumentation/Electronics/Industrial/Industrial and Production Engineering from a University or Institution established by law in Uttar Pradesh or from any other instituting recognized by State Govt. or a degree of recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Govt.
Section ‘A’ and ‘B’ of the Associate Membership of the institution of Engineers (India)
For Asst. Engineer (Trainee) [Civil] (Post Code: 04): (a) Thorough Knowledge of Hindi in Devnagari Script. if the candidates has not passed High School of equivalent examination in Hindi, he/she has to clear the an exam conducted by the Registrar, Departmental Examinations Govt. of U.P. within 3 years of joining
(b) A degree in Civil Engineering from a University or Institution established by law in Uttar Pradesh or from any other institution recognized by State Govt. or a degree recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Govt. (or);
Degree examination in Civil Engineering conducted by any of the Universities in India incorporated by any act of the Central /State legislature or by UGC
The Selection for UPRVUNL Assistant Engineer posts will be made through Written Test (Computer Based Test) CBT & Interview
Written Exam: The test shall be of objective type of total 200 marks and shall comprise of total 200 questions, out of which 150 questions shall be from the minimum qualification level for the relevant post applied and 50 questions of General Knowledge/ Awareness, Reasoning and General Hindi
Examination Centre: Computer Based Test (CBT) will be held at Ghaziabad, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Meerut and Varanasi Cities
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to General /OBC (NCL) categories are required to pay fee of Rs.1000/- and Rs.700/- for SC/ST candidates through Debit Card/Credit Card/SBI Net Banking OR Challan. PH Candidates there is no Fee
Pay scale: Rs 15600-39100 plus grade pay Rs.5400/- per month
