WII Recruitment 2016 for the Post of Assistants Grade-III

Government of India, Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Wildlife Institute of India (WII), Dehra Dun has published notification for the recruitment of Assistant Grade – III vacancies on temporary basis. Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed application format on or before 01st February and 10th February 2016 for remote areas by 17:30 Hrs. WII Vacancy Details

Total No. of Posts: 11

Name of the Posts: Assistant Grade III

1. Unreserved (UR): 06 Posts
2. Scheduled Caste (ST): 01 Post
3. Other Backward Class (OBC): 04 Posts

Age Limit:

Candidates age limit should be between 18 – 27 years for UR, 18 – 30 years for OBC, 18-32 years for SC/ ST, 18 – 37 years for UR (PWD), 18 – 40 years for OBC (PWD) & 18 – 42 years for SC/ ST (PWD) candidates as on 01st February 2016

Relaxation of age will be applicable as per Central Govt. rules

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates should possess 12th class or equivalent from recognised Board or University with typing knowledge

Selection Procedure:

The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of written test, typing test and interview as per minimum marks given against each test/interview

(i) Written Test – 40 marks

(ii) Typing Test – 35 Marks

(iii) Interview – 25 Marks

Application Fee:

Candidates should pay Rs.500/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD and Women candidates) by demand draft of any bank should be drawn in favour of Director, Wildlife Institute of India payable at Dehradun

Eligible candidates may send their application in prescribed format with demand draft, self-attested copies of educational qualification certificate, date of birth certificate, caste certificate for SC/ST & OBC candidates, PWD certificate, experience certificates, mark sheets, one recent passport size photograph pasted on the application & an envelope should be super scribed with “Applications for the post of Assistant-III on Direct Recruitment Basis” on the top corner in bold letter to the Administrative Officer, Wildlife Institute of India, Post Box #18, Chandrabani, Dehradun-248001 on or before 01st February and 10th February 2016 for remote areas by 17:30 hrs
