National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited has announced notification for the recruitment of 48 Diploma Trainee vacancies. Eligible candidates can apply online from 03rd Dec to 23rd December 2015 till midnight. The notification for NTPC Recruitment 2015 for Diploma Trainee Posts has been announced.

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should be 25 years (35 years for Land Oustees) as on 23rd December 2015. Age relaxations are applicable as per govt. guidelines
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Full-time regular Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering for Electrical, Full time regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering for Mechanical, Full time regular Diploma in Civil Engineering for Civil, Full time regular Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering for C&I. All the candidates must pass with minimum 70% marks
Eligible candidates will have to undergo two hours objective type written exam/test. Based on the merit and requirement, the list of successful candidates for appearing in skill test will be made available www.ntpccareers.net and communication will be sent to such candidates; all such short listed candidates will have to appear for skill test
Training, Emolument and Placement: Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of one-year at various NTPC sties and will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs.15500/- per month
On successful completion of training, these candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of Rs 15500-3%-34500/- (W7 Grade); the final place of posting will be allocated after successful completion of the training
Service Bond: The selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs 1,00,000/- (Gen./OBC) and Rs 50,000/- for SC/ST/PH to serve the company for a minimum period of 3 years after completion of training
Registration Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.300/- (Non-refundable) for General/OBC category through State Bank of India in a specially opened Account No. 30987919993 at CAG branch (Branch Code: 09996), New Delhi, on behalf of NTPC

(1) Log on through the website www.ntpccareers.net, (2) Select the “Diploma Trainee -2016″ & Click on it, (3) Make a payment through State Bank of India, (4) Application form will appear in the screen, candidate is required to fill up the application form, (5) Click on submit button, (6) After Submission, take a printout copy of online application for future use
