Recruitment 2014 – Graduate / Technician Apprentice Posts in Western Coalfields

Applications are invited for engagement of Graduate / Technician Apprentice for a period of One Year under the provisions of The Apprentices Act 1961

Candidate who is possessing prescribed qualifications given below is eligible to apply for the same in the Proforma enclosed

Essential Qualification

For Graduate Apprentices: B.Tech / Degree in Mining or Mining and Mine Surveying from Government Approved Institution

For Technician Apprentices: Diploma in Mining or Mining and Mine Surveying from Government Approved Institution

Eligibility: Candidates are eligible, for applying, as Apprentice:

i) who have passed Degree/ Diploma in Mining or Mining and Mine Surveying after March 2012

(ii) who had not been engaged earlier at any establishment under Apprentices Act 1961

Stipend paid to Apprentices: (After Registration at board of Apprenticeship Training, (WR) MUMBAI)

For Graduate Apprentices: Rs.3560/- per month (consolidated)

For Technician Apprentices: Rs.2530/- per month (consolidated)

How to Apply

Applications will be received in the office of The General Manager (HRD), Western Coalfields Limited, Coal Estate, Civil Lines, Nagpur (Maharashtra)

Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format along with Attested copy of Mark Sheet of final year of B.Tech/ Degree/ Diploma, Mark Sheet or Certificate of SSC or HSSC, Valid Caste Certificate, 2 Self addressed, envelopes with size 28 cm x13 cm. with Rs 10/- Postal Stamps, by superscribing the envelope as “APPLICATION FOR APPRENTICES” and send through Post to Western Coalfields Ltd on or before 31st August 2014

Documents to be enclosed with application form:

1) Attested copy of Mark Sheet of final year of B.Tech / Degree / Diploma

2) Attested copy of Mark Sheet or Certificate of SSC or HSSC issued by respective Educational Board in which Date of Birth is mentioned

3) Attested copy of Valid Caste Certificate for SC/ST candidates

4) Two (2) Numbers Self addressed, envelopes – size 28 cm x13 cm. with Rs 10/- Postal Stamp

Last Date of Receipt of Application Form

Application must have reach to this Office on or before 31st August 2014, by Post Only
