SAIL notifies Management Trainee Recruitment 2014

Steal Authority of India (SAIL) , one of the leading PSU Companies in India  has come out with a notification for recruitment of Management Trainees (Technical and Administration)

The Total Numbers of Engineers to be recruited in the Technical stream is about 650 from the streams Mechanical , Electrical, Metallurgy , Electronics,Instrumentation , Chemical ,Ceramics 18,Civil ,Computer Science and Mining  and about 60 Management Trainees in  Administration – HR , Finance, Materials  and Marketing

Eligibility for MT (Technical) is a Degree in Engineering (full time) with 65% marks (average of all semesters) in respective fields. For Management Trainee (Administration) the requirement is MB, ICWA, CR and other detaile can be seen on SAIL Website

Selection Process –  Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a Written Examination, information for which will be provided in the Admit card. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the written test will be intimated to appear for group discussion and interview

Emoluments: The Management Trainees will be offered Basic Pay of Rs.20,600/- p.m. in the pay scale of Rs.20600-3%-46500/- (E-1)
