Program Details:
This is a one year, full time residential programme which will be conducted at Manipal Banking Training Campus at Bangalore.
On successful completion of ABYB Program, students will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services (PGDBS) and also absorbed as Assistant Managers in the Bank.

What are the main features of the Axis Bank Young Bankers Program?
Comprehensive curriculum with classroom training and internship (with a stipend).
ABYB Program will impart knowledge and skills in Core Banking, etiquette & grooming and enhanced communication skills.
The classroom sessions will be of 9 month duration and Internship of 3 months can be at any Axis Bank branch/office across India
Young Bankers will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs.5,000/- per month for the first 9 months to meet the out of pocket expenses and Rs. 12,000/- per month during the internship towards their living expenses.
Assured employment with Axis Bank upon successful completion of the Program.
Gross Salary of Rs. 3.71 lakhs per annum (This is inclusive of Loan benefits and Indicative Performance linked Bonus plus Retrials. Break-up of the same is given in Stipend & Salary section).
The selection will be through a two stage selection process, which is aimed at selecting candidates who are most likely to succeed at various Branch banking roles offered by the Bank.
Axis Bank is looking for candidates with high integrity, who are dedicated towards work, with positive attitude and good communication skills.
Candidates shall be selected by Axis Bank through a selection process consisting of an Online Aptitude Test followed by an interview.
Aptitude Test:
The Aptitude test will be of 2 hour duration and will be administered online.
The test will assess the proficiency of candidates in the areas of:
1. Logic and Reasoning Skills
2. English Language Skills
3. Quantitative/Numerical ability
4. Computer Awareness
Bank reserves the right to hold a second stage of Aptitude test (if required for any reason) at its own discretion.
Personal Interview:
All the applicants who successfully clear the Aptitude test will be invited for a Personal Interview.
Candidates will be informed of their progress and status at each stage by email.
