Educational Qualifications:

Regional Directors: M.Sc in Microbiology from a recognised university or Institute or M.Sc in Botany with specialization in Plant Pathology or Microbiology or Mycology from a recognized university or Institute; experience 10 years

Technical Officer: Bachelors Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from a recognised University included in the 1st Schedule or 2nd Schedule to the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984) with registration in the Veterinary Council of India or in a State Veterinary Council – Experience 2 years

Instrumentation Engineer: Degree in Electronics Engg or Instrumentation Engg from a recognised university or institution; three years’ experience in handling independently installation, calibration and maintenance of electronics and electrical instruments for automatic measurement and controls, experience in handling strain gauge, sound and vibration equipment etc. from Central govt. or state govts. Or union territory administrations or public sector undertakings or agricultural universities or recognized research institutions or councils or semi-govt. or autonomous or statutory organisations

Senior Economic Investigator: Master’s degree in Economics with Statistics or Master’s degree in Commerce with Statistics of a recognized University – Experience 2 years

Director of Flying: 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as subjects from a recognised Board, Current Commercial Pilot’s License holder; Experience as Pilot-in-Command of 3000 hours, Current Flight Instructor rating with experience in training of ab-initio pilots of 1000 hours

Administrative Officer: Degree from a recognized university, Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management or Human Resource Management from a recognized University or Institution

Senior Scientific Officer: Master’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Pharmacy or Microbiology or Bacteriology or Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Pharmacology from a recognised University or Associateship of the Institute of Chemists – Experience 3 years

Assistant Directors (Official Language): Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a subject at a degree level or Master’s Degree of a recognized university in English with Hindi as a subject at a degree level or Master’s Degree of a recognized university in any subject with English Medium and Hindi as a subject at the degree level – Experience 03 years

Professor in Mechanical & Automation Engg (Technical): B.E/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechanical & Automation Engg./Production & Industrial Engineering, with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech and PhD., or equivalent in Mechanical Engg./Mechanical & Automation Engg./Automation Engg./Production & Industrial Engineering with specialization in the broad area/stream of Production/Industrial Engineering. Post PhD publication & guiding PhD students is highly desirable

Professor in Computer Science & Engineering (Technical): BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech in Computer Engg./Computer Science & Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech and PhD., or equivalent in Computer Engg./Computer Science & Engineering with specialization in the broad area/stream of Software & Systems.
