Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has published notification for the recruitment of 1953 Personal Clerk, Assistant, Accountant & Other vacancies on direct recruitment basis in Combined Civil Services Examination-II (Non-Interview Posts) (Group-II A Services) for the years 2017-2018
Eligible candidates may apply online on or before 26th May 2017 by 11.59 P.M. Other details like age limit, educational qualification, selection process, how to apply are given below.

Age Limit
Candidates age should be minimum of 18 years & no maximum limit for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Caste (Arunthathiyars), Scheduled Tribes, Most Backward Classes/ Denotified Communities, Backward Classes (Other than Muslim), Backward Classes (Muslims) and Destitute Widows of all castes and between 18-30 years for Others as on 01st July 2017
Age relaxation is applicable as per rules
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree for Personal Clerk, Steno Typist, Accountant, B.L. Degree awarded by any University recognised by the University Grants Commission for Assistant in (Law Department) Secretariat, Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Economics or Statistics for Assistant in (Finance Department) Secretariat

Candidates will be selected based on Written Examination
Examination Fee
Candidates have to pay Rs.250/- (Examination Fee Rs.100/- + Application Fee Rs.150/-) through Offline/ Online mode. (Applicants who have already registered in One Time Registration system paying Rs.50/- before 01st March 2017 and those who have registered for One-Time Registration on or after 01st March 2017 by paying Rs.150/- are exempted from paying the registration fee for this recruitment)
No fee for SC/ ST (Arunthathiyars) and ST candidates; for more fee details, refer the notification

Instructions to Apply Online
Candidates should have valid email ID or mobile number & scanned copies of their photograph & signature; log on through the website www.tnpsc.gov.in or www.tnpscexams.net or www.tnpscexams.in
Click on the “One-time Registration” and Select the appropriate Post & Click on “Apply”
Read the instructions carefully before applying online. Fill all the details carefully and submit the form. Now take printout of online application for future use
Incomplete applications and applications containing wrong claims or incorrect particulars relating to category of reservation/other basic qualification /eligibility wise/age/communal categories/educational qualification/physical qualification and other basic eligibility criteria will be liable for rejection
