Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited (Tamil Nadu Electricity Board) has released the notification for TNEB TANGEDCO Recruitment 2016 for filling 700 Vacancies of various posts on its official website at www.tangedco.directrecruitment.in
TNEB TANGEDCO Junior Assistant, Typist Recruitment 2016
Tester Chemical: 100 posts
Junior Assistant (Administration): 100 posts
Junior Assistant (Accounts): 250 posts
Junior Auditor: 25 posts
Steno-Typist: 25 posts
Typist: 200 posts
Total Number of Posts: 700 Vacancies
The applicant will be paid under the Pay Scale from Rs.5400/- to Rs.20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2800/2200/- per month
As on 01st July 2015, the Age of the applicant must be as follows:
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 32 years for Steno-Typist and Typist posts
Maximum Age: 30 years for Junior Assistant (Admin), Junior Assistant (Accounts), Junior Auditor and Tester Chemical
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit will be allowed to Reserved Category applicants as per Tamil Nadu Government Norms
Steno-Typist: The applicant must have passed X Std/SSLC and also passed Government Technical Examination both in Typewriting and Shorthand
Typist: The applicant must have passed X Std/SSLC and also passed Government Technical Examination both in Typewriting
Junior Assistant (Admin & Accounts), Tester Chemical, Junior Auditor: The applicant must have obtained Bachelor’s Degree (BA/B.Com/B.Sc) in respective discipline from a recognized university
The Examination Fee should be paid as under:
– Rs.500/- for OC, BCO, BCM, MBC/DC Categories
– Rs.250/- for SC, SCA, ST Categories
– Rs.250/- for Destitute widow and Differently Abled Persons
The applicants will be selected through Written Exam and Viva Voce Interview
Candidate should apply only through Online in the Website www.tangedco.directrecruitment.in. In the website the candidate can go to the online application portal by clicking the link
The application received directly other than the online application portal will not be taken into account; the candidate should use a valid e-mail id and a valid mobile number for registration in online application
This email id and mobile number must be maintained active, as all the communications to the candidates from TANGEDCO will be sent only to the registered email id and mobile number
An online application uploaded without photograph, signature, and thumb impression will be rejected
