Punjab Agricultural University notifies Post of Research Fellow 2014

Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, announces two posts of Research Fellow for 2014 session.

Educational Qualifications

i) B.Sc with minimum OCPA 5.00/10.00 basis or 50% marks

ii) M.Sc in Plant Breeding & Genetics/ Genetics/ Cytogentics / Biochemistry / Botany / Microbiology / Bioformatics /Molecular Biology/Biotechnology with minimum OCPA 65.00/10.00 basis or 65% marks

iii) Ph.D in Plant Breeding and Genetics /Genetics/ Cytogenetics/ Biotechemistry /Botany/ Microbiology/ Bioformatics/ Molecular Biology/Biotechnology with minimum OCAP 65.00/10.00 basis or 65% marks

Application Form: Applications are invited on the prescribed form available in the office of undersigned on payment of Rs. 200/- in shape of Bank Draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 09.00 am to 05.00 pm along with attested copies of certificates for the two posts experience and Rs.2400/- plus HRA with 2 years post Ph.D experience provided in the DBT funded scheme, “Creating a new Brassica crop species for Food and Biofuel, CSS-65 (PC-6149)” for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme which ever is earlier

The last date for the receipt of applications (duly completed in all respects) in this office is 20th August 2014

Incomplete applications or unsupported by the requisite documents will not be entertained

The candidates should appear for interview on 27th August 2014 at 11.00 a.m. in the office of the undersigned (Room No. 114 P.G Building, PAU, Ludhiana)

No separate information for interview will be sent

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
