National Projects Construction Corporation (NPCC) invites application for the recruitment of 50 Assistant Engineer (AE Civil) on Regular Basic
The selected candidates on joining the Corporation will be under probation for a period of eighteen (18) months unless otherwise specified. Interested candidates can apply online from 26th Nov. to 26th December 2016
Name of the Post: Assistant Engineer Civil
Total No. of the Vacancies: 50 Posts [UR-25, OBC (NCL)-13, SC-8 & ST-04]
Pay Scale: Rs.10000-25700/- per month
Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 28 years as on 31st October 2016. Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and PWD & Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. of India rules. Refer official notification for complete details
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Diploma in Engineering (Civil) – 3 yrs. Course and Knowledge on 2D drawings/and use of Auto CAD preferred (Bachelor’s and Master’s level in Civil Engineering from regular course can also Apply). Refer official notification for complete details
Written Examination. The Exam Location – Chennai, Delhi/NCR, Guwahati, Kolkata & Mumbai
Scheme of Exam
The written test will be objective type (120 questions with total time – 120 minutes). The examination paper will contain total 120 objective type questions containing 80 questions related to post / discipline for which the candidate has applied, 10 questions on General Knowledge, 10 questions on General Intelligence/reasoning, 10 questions on Numerical Ability and 10 questions on English language
There will be no negative marking. Test Paper will be bilingual – Hindi & English

For Rs.000/- for General /OBC Candidates
For Rs.400/- for SC / ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen Candidates
The fee can be made though Online Payment Mode (using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking through SB collect system of State Bank of Patiala (SBP))
Candidates satisfying the eligibility conditions have to apply through online registration system of NPCC i.e. www.npcc.gov.in. Please go carefully through instructions under ‘HOW TO APPLY’ in this advertisement and also detailed instructions given on the main page of online filling up of application
No application through other mode will be accepted. No documents are required to be sent to NPCC in connection with the application
