Educational Qualification

For Executive Director (Technical): Candidates must be officers holding analogous posts on regular basis in the Parent Cadre/Department with 5-10 years of experience as per the Pay scale and possessing a master’s degree in Fisheries Science/Aquaculture/Zoology with specialization in Fisheries/Marine Biology/Industrial Fisheries/Aquaculture Engineering/Civil Engineering/Economics

For Executive Director (Finance and Administration): Candidates must be officers holding analogous posts on regular basis in the Parent Cadre/Department with 5-10 years of experience as per the Pay scale and possessing a master’s degree in Arts/Commerce/Statistics/BBA/BCA

For Senior Executive (Technical/Infrastructure Development): Candidates must be officers holding analogous posts on regular basis in the Parent Cadre/Dept. with 5-8 years of experience as per the Pay scale and possessing a master’s degree in Fisheries Science/Aquaculture/Zoology with specialization in Fisheries/Marine Biology/Industrial Fisheries/Aquaculture Engineering/Civil Engineering/Economics

Pay Scale

Executive Director (Technical) – Rs. 14,300-400-18300/-

Executive Director (Finance and Administration) – Rs. 14,300-400-18300/-

Senior Executive – Rs. 10,000-325-15,200/-
