Location: Anywhere in India (Position may be transferable at a later stage depending upon the decision of the Company)

LIC Housing Finance Ltd. LIC Housing Finance Ltd. requires Area Managers who fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Preference will be given to MBA (Marketing)

Age: Upto 45 years as on 01st March 2016

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years as an In-Charge of a Branch/Office of a Housing Finance Company/Bank

Key Responsibilities/Qualities:

Manage an office independently and lead a team of 10 to 12 persons

Achieve targets in line with the organizations goal

Willing to go an extra mile and put in extra hours

Out of box thinking and willing to extend his limits

Liaison with builders and agents, and coordinate with the back office

Identify, recruit agents from the market and train and develop them

In-depth industry knowledge and ensure high quality and persistency of business

Strong relationship building skills and identify areas having potential for growth

Salary/CTC:

11 lakhs to 14 lakhs
