The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) released a job notification, 2017.

Candidates applying for the job must be retired personnel who previously served in the Army, Navy or Air Force as a Junior-commissioned Officer.
For all the candidates applying for the job, the minimum educational qualification is graduation. Candidates with a post graduation degree in Management (specialization in Human Resources), Psychology or Education can also apply for the post of the research associate.
All the candidates who are offered the job will be placed in Mumbai.

The last date for applying and submitting the application is 17th July. Eligible candidates can submit the online application.
All the candidate applying for the post of assistant security and vigilance officer, have to submit their applications along with the details of the last salary drawn, expected salary, and work experience on a plain sheet in the attached format. Also, all the self-attested photocopies of the required documents must be forwarded along with the application.
As the skill sets for all the posts are different, candidates can apply for only one post. No candidate, under any circumstances, must send more than one application. If multiple applications of a candidate are received, the latest, valid one will be retained.
