Name of the Posts: Apprentice Clerk

Number of Posts to be filled: 113 (only for Bonafide Himachali); 90 posts are available at presents

Job Type: State Govt Jobs

Job Location: Himachal Pradesh

Pay Scale: Rs.5400 – Rs.20200 + GP Rs.1900/-

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

18-35 years; the candidate born between 01st January 1998 and 02nd January 1981 (both days inclusive) are eligible; the relaxation in upper age limit will also be available for reserved category candidates as applicable in the state govt. for such candidates

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have completed Graduation degree or its equivalent qualification from any recognized Board or University
 

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on performance in Written Test and Interview conducted by Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education

The duration of written examination will be 2 hours (time 11.00 am to 01.00 pm); there shall be no negative marking
 

Application Fee (Non-refundable):

Rs.600/- For General Category Candidates and Rs.400/- for SC/ST/OBC/PWD Reserved category candidates through online payment mode
 

How to Apply

For the Filling up the Online Application – The candidates are required to apply online through HPBOSE website www.hpbose.org. No other mean/mode of submission of applications will be accepted

The form with incomplete information and without fee shall be summarily rejected and no correspondence will be made in this regard by the Board

The online application form should be accompanied with fee of Rs.600/- for General Categories and Rs.400/- for Reserve Categories the fee can be through Payment Gateway deposited in the Bank Account in favour of Secretary H.P. Board of School Education Dharmashala

Initial Date to Apply Online: 21st January 2017

Last Date for Submission of Online Application Form: 09th February 2017

Date of Written Examination: 26th February 2017
